GROUP PILATES CLASSES HELD WEEKLY

Group pilates classes are held every week in and around Newmarket. They’re suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners, those recovering from injury, and prenatal/postnatal participants.

Each session includes varied, low-impact workouts designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support better posture. You’ll receive personalised guidance no matter your ability, helping you progress at your own pace.

Everyone is welcome! Classes are held in a friendly, supportive environment where you can meet new people, build confidence, and have fun while improving your fitness.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING

  • A yoga/Pilates mat
  • Comfortable clothes for movement
  • A water bottle for hydration

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Bookings are made at the beginning of each month in blocks of 4 or 5 weeks. This also guarantees your place.

Sessions costs £8 each when paid up front (£32 for 4 weeks or £40 for 5 weeks).

You can also pay £10 on the day, but please contact me before to check availability.

You can book a mixture of group and online sessions, and payments are accepted in cash or by bank transfer.
