ONLINE PILATES CLASSES HELD WEEKLY

Online classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings via zoom and are available for catch up 24/7. Perfect for anyone with a busy schedule or those who prefer to work out in private.

You don’t need to be tech-savvy to join—just an internet connection and a screen large enough to watch while you move.

What will we cover?

Online classes cover all the same ground as a group class. Expect a fun, varied, and low-impact workout that helps you improve strength, posture, and flexibility while feeling refreshed and more at ease.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Bookings are made at the beginning of each month in blocks of 4 or 5 weeks.

Online classes are £5 each, paid by bank transfer.

You can book a mixture of live classes and catch up sessions, or even combine online and group classes.
